I do t have physical resolutions. I’ve started these goals already. Just need a number or accomplishment to stay accountable and for something to shoot towards. So here they are. Posted on my wall as well.

2. 40k push-ups
3. Complete 5k
4. polar plunge
5. 12% body fat
6. Get out of any debt
7. 75 boxing classes
8. 300 days over 15k steps
9. Weigh under 200.
10. Meet new people who align with me more.
11. Have fun
12. Be a better person.
13. Cut down on social media.
14. Write up my own training manual on wellness.
