Full Winter Cut

I know I should probably bulk up in winter and cut in spring. BUT, I just don’t do good with a lot of food at separate times. I’m going to stick to ONE meal, which I haven’t been doing, which will consist of meat, eggs and limited dairy. That’s that.

I will be getting my knee checked by a surgeon Monday 11-13 which will decide the amount of cardio I do. As of now, 3 miles a day and back to boxing, right after I get it checked, twice a week. I’m 208 now. These things will cut a lot of fat. I have been breaking even for 6 months due to my growing primal health ketchup addiction. That has to be over!

I will lift hard every day. I will do legs once a week, so I dont look like an idiot in the summer. I’m ready. I have so much room for improvement, although I have a strong base of habits to start. All in!!!
